SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders placed before 10am will be shipped the same day "Monday - Friday". We ship UPS within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii): Standard ground which does not include Saturday delivery. We don’t currently offer international shipping. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes. For time sensitive purchases, please contact the store at (972) 446-1418 to verify availability of shipping expedition. Our shopping cart is currently configured for users who are billing and shipping their orders to the United States.

Return Policy

NEW CLUBS can be returned within 30-days of purchase. Original receipt must accompany all returned for all returns and exchanges. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.

 
USED CLUBS can be returned within 14-days of purchase. Used Clubs must be returned in the same condition as originally shipped. Original receipt must accompany all returned for all returns and exchanges. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.

All Returns will be credited to the form of in-store credit toward a different purchase.

Refunds

Returns will be refunded for the amount paid for the product, including any sales tax if applicable. Refunds will be credited to the form of in-store credit toward a different purchase. Please allow 3 days after we receive your return for the refund to be issued. You will receive an exchange or refund immediately when returning your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order contains an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping or was defective out of the box, make sure to save the shipping carton and all original packaging, and Contact Us as soon as possible for assistance.
